Training and Development Models
We deliver CFS™ training for delegates across all key stages. Sometimes we work with LA groups eg ECaT or SEAD cohorts. Sometimes with whole staff teams. Our training is always interactive, combining an overview of Elizabeth Jarman’s research into the impact of the physical learning environment, lots of examples of practice, ‘hands on’ activities and plenty of discussion.
Training inspires a self audit of delegates’ environments and includes development tasks which are completed between training days. A range of development support is available to delegates between training days to support an environment review.
"Excellent presentation, well prepared, clearly conveyed rationale with lots of practical suggestions, instilling confidence and enthusiasm in those engaged in the training. The training was so good those attending didn't really want the day to end... but, on the other hand, they couldn't wait to get back to their settings to put their learning into practice".
Kay Errington, Early Years Service Manager, Bournemouth.
